(1) In relation to whether or not an indicator organization has taken action in accordance with this Act, regulation and supervision will be done by the regulatory body established in accordance with the prevailing law. In consultation with the National Coordinating Committee, it may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and designate any body or organization as a regulatory body. (3) Regarding the regulation and supervision of the indicator organization, the regulatory body shall, in addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned in the current law, perform the work, duties and rights according to this Act. It should also be followed and used.
